All items are carefully prepared and shipped to match the product images displayed on our website.

Exchanges are accepted only in case of a defective item or if you receive an incorrect item.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, exchange requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
